Should I shine the light on my teeth before or after rinsing my mouth with BlanX toothpaste?

If you are using the toothpaste with LED accelerator, we recommend brushing and rinsing your teeth and then illuminating them. ActiluX® remains active on the dental enamel even after rinsing. However, if you are using the Blanx White Shock Intensive Treatment, you should proceed as follows: use it 3 times a day just like a normal toothpaste, and then, after each brushing, use BlanX LED Bite for at least 1 minute to intensify the whitening action of the toothpaste. For an even more intensive whitening action, use BlanX LED Bite at least once a week, spreading a thin layer of the product on the transparent support and illuminating for a minimum of 10 minutes.
